|4||ripe, Fresh California Avocados, seeded and peeled|
|4||tsp.||fresh lemon juice|
|1||tsp.||fresh dill, chopped|
|1||cup||nonfat plain Greek yogurt|

- In a large bowl, coarsely mash avocados, leaving some chunks.
